Technology Wows

Can you believe what is happening in technology these days? How can schools afford to keep up? Any ideas? My feelings are that big businesses are going to have to provide the technology if they want students to come out of high school and college with good backgrounds in technology. You can't improve on the record player if you never used one and don't know what it is. What I mean by that statement is that kids have to experience all the technologies that come along so they can create and use the future technologies. Does that make sense?
